About the Author
Jackie Waldman was living a perfect life with her husband, her three children, and a successful business. She was then diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, which is an often disabling disease of the central nervous system. After seeing the movie Schindler's List, she was inspired and decided to make The Courage to Give series, and the Random Acts of Kindness Organization. She created The Courage to Give, which had 30 true stories of teens to inspire others to have the courage to give. She made more books, which then became famous by helping teens overcome their differences, and received the CNN Millennium Hero title. She is a hero for everybody who need help with a problem.
